ADHIKR

All 313 Messengers were sent with Adhikr—the Truth and Proof—to teach mankind that there is no deity besides Allah, the Lord of the Universe, as mentioned in verses 21: 24-25. The Angels, who implement punishment and bring Mercy, only have the character of obeying Allah’s Command. By swearing by the Angels, Allah says that the One you must invoke, the One you must fear, the One upon whom you can rely, and the One before whom you must answer about your worldly life, is the only Deity—Allah.
